Shipping windows

• OTC-only orders — usually packed after payment confirmation; metro delivery often 2–5 working days.
• Orders with Rx lines — held until a dermatologist confirms before shipping starts. Shipping begins after approval and pharmacy checks.
• Remote pin codes may take longer; tracking is shared when the courier picks up.

Packaging

Parcels are discreet (no loud product branding on the outer label). Keep medicines in original packaging and follow storage notes on the label.

Returns

Unopened OTC items may be eligible for return within a short window if unused and sealed — contact support from your order history. Opened personal-care or cold-chain items are typically non-returnable for safety. Prescription medicines follow pharmacy and regulatory rules; once dispensed against a valid Rx they usually cannot be returned.

Failed delivery

If a delivery fails (wrong address, unavailable), we will try re-attempts as per the courier. Please keep your phone reachable and address accurate at checkout.
