Data processing

Required for service

Process your personal and health data to provide the hair-health service (screening, diagnosis, prescription, dispensing). Without this we cannot run the service at all.

Photo-for-AI

Optional

Process your scalp and progress photographs through Tricho (our AI screening assistant) to produce screening estimates. Revocable independently of data processing. A registered dermatologist confirms every clinical finding.

WhatsApp marketing

Optional

Send you marketing and promotional messages on WhatsApp (NewCircle stories, offers). You can refuse this without losing any part of the clinical service. STOP is respected instantly.

Research

Optional

Use your de-identified data for hair-health research (always aggregated, never individually identifiable). Refusing this has zero effect on your care.

Every consent is versioned and revocable at any time. Changes take effect immediately for future processing. Data already processed is handled per the erasure rules in our Privacy Policy.
